The models of ringlock scaffolding are mainly divided into two categories: 60 series and 48 series, according to thesafety technical specifications JG.231 -2010 for disk lock steel tubular scaffold in construction.The diameter of the 60 series ringlock standard is 60.3mm, mainly used for heavy-duty support, such as in bridgeengineering.
The diameter of the 48 series pole is 48.3mm, mainly used in public builcings, housing construction, decoration andother fields.
Iin addition, according to the connection methods of ringilock standard of the ringiock scaffolding, it can be divided intotwo fors: outer sleeve connection and inner connecting rod connection.At present, the 60 series ringilock scaffolding on the market generally adopts intemal connection, that is, the connect-ing rod is connecied inside the ringiock standard.
While, the 48 series ringlock scaffolding is generally using an outer sleeve connection, but there are also usinginteral connecting rods for connecting, especially used in the construction of stage frames, ighting frames, and otherfields.
The product adopts hot-dip galvanizing process, ensuring a zinc layer thickness of over 80um, greatly extending the
products' service lfe.Ringlock standard steel pipe is made of the material of Q355, the ringlock ledger is made of the material of Q235, andthe ringilock diagonal bracing is made of the materials of Q2358 or Q195. Allthe steel pipes are stamped with steel sealsto ensure the traceability of the product quality.
The wall thickness of the ringlock stardard steel pipe is 3.2mm, and the wall thickness of the ringlock ledger andringlock diagonal bracing is 2.75mm.
The product is processed by fully automatic welding equipments, with a welding height of up to 4mm, greatly improv-ing the safety and the stability of the product quality.
The ringlock ledger' s head is processod by precision casting technoiogy.
